We spent hours waiting in the heat and trying to reach someone. Despite getting several confirmation emails, there was no room for us, and they didn’t help us find somewhere else to stay. A terrible experience. Don’t book here!

8/10
The room was comfortable and clean, the house is very nice, and the neighborhood is quiet. Parking is easy, so it works well if you have a car. Without one, getting to Milano Fiera, 3km away, is more difficult. The little breakfast was nice, and the ground-floor dining area felt cosy. Communication caused some trouble. I booked by email, but they sold my last night on another platform, so I had to switch hotels. I called ahead about checking in late, and they couldn’t find our reservation, even though our team had all the rooms. I’d recommend it depending on your kind of trip, especially if you book through a website and have a car.

We had a really enjoyable stay thanks to Oksana, who was so welcoming and friendly. I’d recommend the place to anyone visiting Milan, particularly if you’re traveling by car.

The owners were especially friendly and hospitable. The hotel is modern, very clean, and carefully finished, with spacious, comfortable rooms and LED lighting that gives them a romantic feel. It’s in an excellent spot on the outskirts of Milan.

The host was lovely, and the bathrooms and rooms are finished to a very high standard. A very nice and comfortable place to stay.
