Sosta Fiera B&B

Bad service and an expensive price for a bad apartment in Bad Rho Fiera. The owner doesn't seem to care about the business.

The service is very, very low quality.

We were left outside in the middle of the night, unable to get in. No one answered despite several attempts to reach the property, and we had to find somewhere else at the last minute, which meant extra costs and a lot of inconvenience. Before we arrived, we had been told at first that they couldn't open. After more calls, though, they assured us they would open and said we could ring the bell when we got there. This was a terrible, completely unacceptable experience. Hospitality providers need to be reliable, and this was not. I strongly advise against staying here.

We saw mice moving around the kitchen and hallway during the night. It was disgusting and unacceptable. The apartment already looked a little shabby when we arrived, then things got worse. There was an awful smell of mold and built-up dirt. Dust was everywhere, the sheets seemed questionable, and the bathroom was in a dismal state. We tried to contact the host, but the reply was slow and unhelpful. A terrible stay all around. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even for a single night.
