Breakfast was generous, and the hosts were kind, welcoming, and ready to help. The rooms are basic, but clean and well kept, and the place felt like home. We had secure, spacious parking for our motorcycle. It was quiet and completely relaxing, with lovely places nearby. I hope to come back next summer, maybe.

The staff were friendly, kind, and really helpful, and we had some genuinely relaxing days. The hotel is very peaceful and serves an excellent breakfast, with plenty of outdoor parking within the property. Our room wasn't especially comfortable, though it was simple, clean, air-conditioned, and quiet. Seccagrande beach is only 400 meters away, and many other beautiful beaches are close by by car. There's also a special deal with an excellent pizzeria restaurant just outside. It delivers what it promises.

The garden areas are lovely, with a breakfast gazebo, an olive grove set up with tables, hammocks, and benches for cool summer evenings, plus a play area and clotheslines out back. There are clothespins, but no washing machine. The former orphanage, once run by nuns, is now managed by a friendly, helpful couple. Inside, the rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. Still, the beds were uncomfortable, the windows need replacing, and breakfast had nothing homemade or traditional. Being asked to pay in advance at arrival was embarrassing and made for a poor welcome. We hope the management improves things.

The building, set in a former monastery with a big garden and grand driveway, somehow brings a Bauhaus-style house to mind. It feels very austere. We were welcomed warmly, and everything in the rooms was tidy and very clean, though quite spartan. The mattress was very good, the bathroom clean and well organized, and we slept well.
