The room looked fresh and new, with a cozy bed, working air conditioning, and a lovely view of the sea and volcano. At first, the small balcony made me curious, but the owner explained it was typical of old Italian architecture, where balconies are small. After that, I stopped paying attention to it. If you want a large balcony with a sea view, the apartment on the same grounds would be a better option. They were all booked during my trip, so only a hotel room was available. The owners were friendly and kind, and the restaurant served really tasty food typical of Tropea. I enjoyed the hotel and the people there and would come back.

We had a car, so the location worked well for us, and the beautiful beaches were close by. The rooms, garden, and pool were all lovely, and the hosts were extremely nice.

The apartment was unpleasant, stuffy, and smelled bad. There was no air conditioning in the living room or kitchen. The person renting it tried to charge us more than the price in the offer, saying he’d made a mistake after we had checked in and paid. We canceled at 9 PM and had to find another place to stay with our small children. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Avoid it completely!

The apartment was cool even without air conditioning, clean and spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen and a terrace with a breathtaking view. The pool was handy for a refreshing dip after exploring the beautiful Costa degli Dei. We tried the à la carte breakfast, which felt authentic and used fresh ingredients. The owners were welcoming and friendly. It’s within 10-15 minutes of nearly all the places we wanted to visit, and I thought it was excellent value for money.
