Villa Mimosa

The garden was huge and well cared for, the pool was lovely, and everything was very clean. Nothing was missing, and the peaceful atmosphere helped make our two weeks with Fulvia and her family one of our best vacations. We felt at home right away. Fulvia was always available with suggestions for restaurants, beaches, and places to rent or buy things. The family’s kindness and the care they put into everything really show. We had wonderful weather and a beautiful sea as well, so the whole trip felt perfect. Absolutely recommended, and we can’t wait to come back. Best wishes to Fulvia and all the family, see you soon! The pool is fantastic, with a view of the sea, and the garden is spacious and peaceful. The house has everything you need. We had a quiet, relaxing two weeks, thanks in part to Fulvia, who was very kind and attentive. There’s a good bakery and a nice cafe/bar about a 10-minute walk away, while Tropea and the beaches are 15 to 20 minutes away. Highly recommended.

The kids had plenty to enjoy, from the playground to the soccer field, volleyball net, and pool. All the grounds were immaculate, right down to the lawn, flowers, and pots, and you could see how much care Fulvia’s family puts into the estate. Fulvia herself was kind and available at any time. We stayed at Villa Mimosa a few days ago, two families of four, including our 11-year-old boy and four-year-old girl. She gave us two terraced houses, each just right for four, with lovely entrance patios for meals and evening wine after beach days or trips to the villages. Inside, we had all the essentials: kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, and air conditioning, which we didn’t need at night even in mid-July. There were local bakery biscuits waiting when we arrived, and delicious local ricotta another day. These villas are a peaceful, relaxing oasis, great for families and people without children alike. The beaches along the Costa degli Dei are easy to reach, and the pool has a big solarium. It’s a peaceful spot that works well for families with children, with generous outdoor space, a barbecue, washing machine, and outdoor shower. The kitchen had all sorts of useful things, including a kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and the other accessories we needed. Everything was clean and looked after down to the smallest detail. I came back for a second stay after two years, and Fulvia was as kind and helpful as ever. She even welcomed us with fresh water and a tray of delicious homemade desserts. The place is charming, and I hope to return again soon.
