The reception staff were so friendly, flexible, and ready to help with anything I needed. The location worked really well for me, a one-minute walk to the beach and close to the shops and good restaurants. My apartment was spacious and clean, with a welcome kit of towels and cleaning and dishwashing products. The kitchen had the essentials, and I didn't miss anything. I was really happy with my stay and will definitely book here again next time I'm in Riccione.

We were a family of three and had booked and paid for seven nights, but left after the first night because none of us had slept. There was no sound insulation, so we could hear traffic, barking dogs, people chatting on nearby balconies and young people shouting outside. Inside, footsteps on the stairs and people passing our room came straight through too. The shower was tiny and had mold, and the balcony was very small with no furniture. The owner wouldn't refund any of the high price we had paid for the week, even though we offered to accept 50%. We can't recommend this place.

It's close to the beach, and the staff are pleasant. But there was no cleaning or refill of towels, toilet paper, and the like. With so many loud young guests around, it wasn't a relaxing stay.
