I paid for a room to surprise my girlfriend, but they gave it to someone else and put us in the wrong room. The hotel was full, and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Our room didn’t seem ready for guests and hadn’t been cleaned properly. This was one of my worst hotel experiences.

The mattresses were comfortable, there was plenty of space, and everything felt new, including the shower. Breakfast came with our stay and had a good range of high-quality food. The staff were warm and friendly, and the hotel was very clean. We love it and highly recommend it.

We spent a week here and found the room a decent size, with air conditioning and a little balcony. Breakfast had a good selection, though I personally found the eggs, bacon and sausages poor quality and inedible. Staff were friendly, and the hotel is within walking distance of the beach and the shopping area, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. I’d recommend it.

The only small thing I’d change is the wardrobe hangers, which could be better quality. My single room was comfortable, with a balcony, shower and air conditioning, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The elevators stopped working as we were leaving with our suitcases, and we couldn’t use the room safe because staff couldn’t find its key. The air conditioning barely kept the small room cool. I stayed here years ago and thought it was adequate, but this time it felt like everything had fallen apart. I suppose the low prices come with what you get.
