A real highlight was how smoothly the hotel organized things: each day we could get free tickets to the water park and adventure park, which made the holiday more fun. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious, cleaned every day. The staff were always available and ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to the lifeguard, who was friendly with the children and very capable at his job. His caring presence made us feel safe and at ease. I had a wonderful time at Lido Europa in Riccione and would highly recommend it for a pleasant, relaxing, well-organized holiday.

The pool was spotless, with a kind and attentive lifeguard always on duty, especially with the kids. The food was delicious, plentiful, and varied. Our room was cleaned daily, and the whole hotel was very well cared for. It’s a simple, welcoming place, and we had a wonderful holiday. I’d gladly come back!

The beach is only a few minutes away, and the food deserves a mention too: it was delicious, with lots of choices. We had a wonderful first holiday with our 11-month-old daughter. The staff were polite, friendly, and kind, and Adriana, who served our table, was especially patient with our schedule and requests. The hotel tries to provide plenty for families, including strollers, bikes, parking, a pool, games, and things for younger children. We asked to have a changing table, bathtub, crib, and breast milk warmer in the room. In the annex there’s also a small bottle-feeding room and an indoor play area.

We ate well at every meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so compliments to the chef! Our room was huge, with three big French windows opening onto a long, spacious terrace. The towels were clean every day, and there was entertainment on the beach plus baby dance in the evening. It’s such a pleasure to walk into Hotel Lido Europa. Maria, Chiara, and Mrs. Paola are smiling and very kind. The restaurant staff were superb too: Rossano was top-notch, and Matilde was quick, attentive, and helpful. Wow, five stars!!! ❤️

The staff were always courteous, helpful, and smiling, which made our few days here even nicer. We were thrilled with the stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was high quality, varied, nicely presented, and tasty. I’d gladly return and absolutely recommend the place!
