The internet doesn’t work in the rooms, only at reception, which is really bad. At night, the man at reception didn’t speak English, only Italian. It’s a hotel, so he should speak English, not just Italian. When I spoke to him, he said he couldn’t help me!

We were very disappointed with our stay and would never return or recommend this hotel. Breakfast was acceptable, but not enough for a longer stay, and the price wasn’t justified. The offer said parking and a private beach were available, but neither was. We spent hours looking for parking and asking other hotels for a beach spot. We were prepared to pay, but nothing was available. Those were two of the main reasons we booked, so this felt like fraud. There was mold on the shower walls and shower head. That was disgusting and unhealthy, and earlier reviews had complained about it too, yet the hotel seemed to have done nothing. The receptionists spoke only Italian, which isn’t acceptable for a hotel nowadays. They seemed incompetent and couldn’t understand us or help with requests. We asked several times to have the safe fixed, and nothing happened. The positive reviews must be fake.

We left a day early. The rooms were cold and had no carpets, the beds were awful, and there was no hot water in the evening. Nobody there speaks English. It was far too expensive for what we got.
