Residence Lungomare - Charming apartments

I booked three nights, checking in early on July 6, but when I arrived around 3 a.m. on July 7, they gave me a good apartment with two bedrooms, each with air conditioning, as well as air conditioning in the living room. Then at 9 that morning someone banged hard on the door and told me I had to leave immediately. My wife and child were asleep, so I asked for two hours, but he refused and left. About an hour later I went to the hotel reception, since we were staying in an apartment building outside the hotel. The receptionist said we had to move across the street. I agreed, took the key, and someone helped us carry all our belongings over. The replacement was very small, with a kitchen beside the living room and just one air conditioner. Neither bedroom had air conditioning. The only other unit was between the two bathrooms, so it couldn't cool the bedrooms. I complained to the manager, Manuela. She said this was what they had, or we could find somewhere else, and that they had no time to do anything. We were on vacation, and I told her they needed to find us a place with air conditioning. She refused. I got upset and left reception. My son slept on the living room couch near the air conditioner, while my wife and I had to open the window for air because it was extremely hot. The management were rude and behaved badly, and one manager threatened me, saying I could either accept it or leave. I have videos of the apartment, cockroaches, and a spider. Very bad management.

The hosts took good care of us, and the cleaning crew were incredibly efficient. Whenever we stepped out, the apartment was back to pristine condition by the time we returned. It had everything we needed. Excellent accommodation.

A really cozy, comfortable aparthotel with a nice patio. The beach is nearby, and so is downtown.

I've stayed here several times, most recently in a hotel apartment with parking right by the building entrance. Everything was clean and tidy, with all the comforts, a well-equipped kitchen, and free Sky channels. The location is amazing, the staff are kind and professional, and the quality for the price is excellent. We'll definitely come back!
