Residence Giardino

Residence Giardino seemed like a good vacation option at first, but arranging the stay was a disappointing experience. After we got a quote, replies to messages took days, sometimes weeks. They asked us to shift our vacation dates to find availability, which we managed only with considerable difficulty. Then, after waiting more than two weeks, we were told there were no rooms left. This unprofessional handling wasted our time and put our vacation plans at risk. I can't recommend the property to anyone who needs reliability and professionalism when planning a stay.

For work, I spent three months in the studio apartment and had a wonderful time. Gilda, the owner, is incredibly nice, friendly, and always available to help with whatever I needed. The private parking spot with its automatic gate was very convenient. The location is excellent too, two minutes from the seafront and five minutes from the city center, which connects to the Metromare metro line that runs behind the residence. I'll definitely return.

The area is very quiet, and the mattresses were really comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we especially appreciated having the bathroom and kitchen towels changed midweek. We'd booked a studio but were given a two-bedroom apartment for the same price. The receptionist and owner was very friendly and kind, and made us feel at home.

We felt at home thanks to the receptionist's kindness and helpfulness. She changed our linens halfway through the stay and gave us a one-bedroom apartment instead of the studio we'd booked. The beds were truly comfortable, and the property has private parking and bicycles available. The location is excellent, handy for both the beach and the city center.
