Residence Hotel Das Nest

Monica and her son Davide are so kind and helpful. The place is convenient, close to the beach and just a minute from the supermarket, with all the basics covered. They provide sheets, welcome water and wine, towels, an iron and board, and a drying rack. Room service comes twice a week, and laundry can be done if you ask. I nearly forgot the safe and the bicycles!

The owners were lovely and tried to meet every request. We had a spacious two-room apartment for six while on a trip with friends, with comfortable beds and two roomy bathrooms. The balcony was the best part, plenty of space and nice and cool. A well-stocked supermarket is right across from the residence, so shopping is easy without needing public transport. The apartment looks onto a pleasant avenue lined with shops and stalls, and there are excellent bars and restaurants. The beach is only a few meters away, and Viale Ceccarini is 1 km from here. Great value for the location, highly recommended. We'll be back!

I came across this family-run place by chance and stayed eight days in a studio because I needed a kitchenette. The owners are great at making you feel at home, and the service was impeccable. Cyclists will find a wide choice of brand-new bikes. There's an A&O supermarket right in front of the residence/hotel with everything you need, though you'd better have some 1-cent coins for change. 😊

The studio was practical and worked well, though the bathroom felt a little small. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always up for a chat. With its location and services, the residence was more than comfortable for a holiday with friends.
