We’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to friends. The service, room and common area design, class, excellent breakfast, and location were all great. A special thank you to Director Enrico and Mr. Mattias for their attention to detail, availability, and excellent customer service. They made our stay truly memorable. We also really value visiting the Riviera in the off-season. Those early spring months are wonderfully relaxing and offer quality time away. I’d say it suits professionals wanting a week of work in a classy, welcoming place, as well as families looking to relax for a few days. Thank you to everyone.

The staff were amazing, especially Elisa, whose service and attitude deserve a shout out. The hotel is clean and thoughtfully designed, with modern, well kept rooms near the beach and all the action. Breakfast was great and the bar is top notch. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Alieza and Cristana made every breakfast and dinner special during my recent stay at [We Me Lounge ] hotel Ricchone in Italy. They were so much more than waitresses, they really were the heart of our dining experience each day. From the start, they treated us like family, with genuine warmth and such thoughtful attention. They remembered our names, favorite drinks, and little preferences, and made us feel completely at home. Their smiles, professionalism, and obvious love for their work came through every time. Even for a simple coffee, they made sure everything was just right, and they always seemed to go the extra mile. I’ll remember the beauty of Italy and the comfort of the hotel, but most of all I’ll remember Alieza and Cristana and the warmth they brought to each day. They made the trip unforgettable. Grazie mille, from the bottom of our hearts.

Do not stay at this hotel. My father lost 80k euros after scammers phished him into paying for the booking twice. They couldn’t protect the booking information, and the scammers work at the hotel. The hotel wasn’t helpful at all, even though the information leak came from their end.

The rooms are really quiet inside, even though the hotel is in the centre, so we slept well. Everything was super clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was really good quality, and the bar is a great spot for drinks. Can’t wait to come back. :)
