The family are exceptionally friendly. They made the check-in and check-out feel personal, and we chatted much longer with the owner than the bare minimum. I arrived on my bicycle one evening in May after a long day, and they offered me something to eat and drink. They were curious about where I'd come from and where I was riding next. We talked in basic Italian from the start. The room was very nice, and I had a hot shower. Breakfast the next day included cake and sweets. Before setting off, I had an espresso with the father and told him about my route. I left feeling really good and would like to come back one day.

The owner was incredibly friendly, and breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes and pastries. We had a wonderful stay at this B&B near central Rieti. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we'd love to come back to this area and stay here again. 😁😁

The staff were attentive, friendly, and very kind. It was a two-minute walk to the center, with free parking nearby. The rooms were clean and well furnished, the bed and pillow were very comfortable, and the shower was spacious with a nice water jet. There was also a bidet. Breakfast was exceptional, and the price was fair. Congratulations, and thanks for the hospitality!
