We chose this spot for the quiet and to explore the Tuscany area. The location worked well for us, with a nearby train that takes about 40 minutes to Florence, since we didn't want to drive into the city. We stayed in the two-bedroom villa with a full kitchen by the pool. There's a grocery store nearby, so we picked up a few essentials and cooked our own dinners. Meals can also be arranged in advance, though we didn't use that option. The staff were very friendly and made sure we had a wonderful experience.

When our car broke down, the kind staff did everything they could to make our stay possible and convenient. Great place.

The pool area was great for relaxing after a day sightseeing in Florence, with enough sunbeds and shade. The location is very quiet, and the train station is just a few minutes' drive away; the trip to Florence takes about 25 minutes. Noel got in touch before we arrived, then welcomed us, showed us around, and explained everything. We stayed three nights in a beautiful, spacious, very clean room with lots of thoughtful details showing how carefully they consider what guests might need. Breakfast was good too, and Marisa made sure we had everything we needed. Our stay exceeded expectations, and I'd definitely stay again on my next visit to this part of Italy.

We had a good experience here. We're a couple who have travelled quite a bit in Europe, the USA, Canada, and Japan. The staff were helpful and offered reasonable options when we had some personal problems. I called the receptionist, who gave me supportive instructions, and the manager also tried to find a good solution. We appreciated it.

It's about a 30-minute drive from Florence and an hour from Pisa, with wine testing very close by. The owners have done an incredible job making this a place you'd want to visit again. It has everything you need: a pool, parking, great restaurants nearby, and a great selection of wines. Breakfast was excellent. I'm already looking forward to coming back!
