The owners were very kind and committed. It’s a new hotel near the sea, with modern, clean rooms and air conditioning. Our room also had a large terrace. Breakfast was good, with homemade cakes.

The room was clean and had air conditioning, which we appreciated. Nice hotel, though there’s no fridge.

The room had what I needed and was generally okay, but it was extremely cold when I arrived. I had to run the heat for hours before it became even remotely comfortable, and at first I had to wear a jacket indoors. The TV didn’t work properly either. I booked with breakfast because the website clearly said it was served at the hotel. Nowhere did it mention an outside location. I only found out after paying, with no option to cancel, that breakfast was being served at another hotel. Calling it “around the corner” was misleading, since it took about 15 minutes to walk there. That was inconvenient and time-consuming in the morning, and the information should have been made clear before booking. When I asked if I could cancel breakfast because it wasn’t served where advertised, the manager brushed me off. He said he couldn’t bring it to my room and that I’d have to go there myself if I wanted to eat. He showed no understanding and made no effort to offer a solution. The amenities are fine, but the service was a disaster. The lack of transparency and the way they handled a reasonable complaint were unacceptable. I wouldn’t return and can’t recommend the hotel.

We arrived, paid in advance, and found the place locked and closed. The phone number we called to ask about it was incorrect, so we had to find somewhere else rather than be left out on the street. We’ll never book with them again. Nobody gives money away for free. If this is how seriously you take things, I can imagine what the rest is like. We reported it to Booking.com because we think we should get a refund. If you’re closed, let people know! Shame on you.
