The service was wonderful, and the staff were kind. From here you can travel between Rimini and Riccione and enjoy great shopping and nightlife. Maria was especially helpful, finding a good solution for all our needs. Keep up the good work, @Eurhotel Rimini at Viale Paenza! Love you!

This is a middle-budget hotel, so you can’t expect every service you might have in mind. From outside it looked fine, and when we arrived we hoped the all-inclusive package would give us the rest and service we wanted for our vacation. The animation team had three people covering all the hotel activities. They did their best to keep the children happy, even though it was the same songs every evening, and they were very friendly with our kids. The front office staff were all kind. Ricardo was especially friendly and flexible, and handled our situation very professionally after we had a misunderstanding to discuss. The issue was that we’d been given incomplete information about a service. We only wanted to explain that the details weren’t written anywhere and needed to be made clear. Even if we didn’t want the solution offered, Ricardo knew how to deal with an angry customer and find a way forward. Thanks, Ricardo. We’re glad to have met you. Our experience with Luca from the banquet department was very different. He’s the bald man with glasses. He spoke to us in a very unprofessional way, as if we were his workers, and there was a real lack of communication. He showed no customer service skills. If he’s a manager, I’d ask the hotel to consider whether he has the experience for that role. The hotel itself wasn’t kept clean at first. On our first day in the pergola, no cleaner came by, and there were plastic cups, bags, papers, and other things on the floor. The tables weren’t clean enough either. After two days, a cleaner showed up. I mean one person who was cleaning the lobby, the pergola, the stairs, and everything else. She was really wearing herself out trying to keep up.

The cabinets were dusty, the toilet was small, and the mattress was uncomfortable. There wasn’t even a welcome drink or bottle of water.

The room wasn’t clean when I arrived, and it looked like somebody had already slept in the bed. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and this was my worst experience. The front desk guy stole $5 from me. It’s not about the amount, it’s the terrible service and stealing from a customer. When I complained, he said he had done it and then told me to go to another hotel. Stay away.
