Hotel Alhambra

Our holiday was canceled because of the coronavirus, and we got nothing back for what we paid. The manager wouldn't even refund 50% and was difficult to communicate with. It feels like he only cares about his wallet while customers are left out of pocket.

A nice hotel.

The seafront location was lovely, and I had a great stay during the first ten days of September. The staff were excellent across reception, the restaurant, and housekeeping. Valentina is a superb cook, too. Ms. Rosetta, congratulations! The one thing that could be added is a ramp for disabled access. I'll be back. Bye!

We were impressed by the food, especially the really delicious desserts, and there was a good choice at lunch and dinner. The young woman serving in the dining room was so warm and kind to both us and our two-year-old. That care deserves 10 stars. Getting to the beach was easy, just across the street, and it was clean and well looked after. We stayed four days, my husband, our son, and me. The modern rooms looked like the photos we received with the quotes, but sound carried through them quite easily. The bed wasn't especially comfortable either. We would have preferred three pillows with different levels of comfort instead of three identical ones. One surprise was that drinks at the hotel bar weren't covered by the all-inclusive plan.
