Hotel Brotas

The staff were accommodating, especially the restaurant team, who were super friendly. Miss Vita treated us like family rather than clients. Breakfast was good every morning, and our room had a nice, cozy feel. The hotel is easy to get to from everywhere you need, and the beach is within walking distance. One small issue was the phone beside the bed. I don't know if it worked, but when we tried to call reception about the air conditioning, nobody answered, so I had to go down to the reception area. Also, using the air conditioning costs extra and isn't included in the overall payment.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. When I arrived, they canceled the booking I made through booking.com, so they could avoid reviews on the application, I think. The room was dirty, and the bed was full of bugs that bit me all night. My body ended up covered in blood spots. The food was bad and old. They served cake and other food again after it had been left over from the previous day's breakfast. Don't even think about staying in this disaster.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good, not far from the beach. Our clean room had a nice ambiance, plus a big shower with great heating. Breakfast was good too.

We wish we could've stayed longer. The location was perfect, the hotel and rooms were very clean, and the management was helpful. Breakfast was nice, whether we ate inside or out on the balcony/terrazza with a sea view. Thanks, Carmine and team!
