Hotel Mara

The staff made the stay, they were so kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious too. Everything felt wonderful. 🥰🥰

Hotel Mara is only a short walk from the beach in the lovely Bellariva area. The staff are welcoming and make you feel at home. My room had a comfy bed, air conditioning, a little balcony, TV, and strong WiFi. Breakfast is available there and was delicious.

The location worked really well for me, with my favorite beach, the legendary 90, just a five-minute walk away. From July 12th to 26th, 2025, I paid less than €700, which seemed fair compared with prices nearby. I’d return at the same budget, and Hotel Mara gets a thumbs up from me, full marks. I’ve been vacationing alone on the Riviera Romagnola for over 10 years, and single rooms are usually like closets. Here I was given a spacious double room. The staff were courteous and very friendly. Cleaning and towel changes happened every two days, which was absolutely fine for me. The building is dated but well looked after, and my room had new furniture. For a 2-star hotel, it had some thoughtful features I haven’t found in other Rimini hotels, especially the mini-fridge and brand-new windows. The railway is nearby, but the windows block the distracting sounds, so I couldn’t hear the trains. There’s also air conditioning and a usable balcony. My one complaint was the tiny bathroom, with a ceiling shower and floor drain. Still, 99% of 1-, 2-, and 3-star hotels in Rimini have that kind of shower setup. I stayed here for 14 nights in July 2025.
