The location is close to the sea, and parking is included, though it's a long way from the hotel. A water park partnership offers discounts, and booking well ahead is best if you want to save. Small dogs stay free, and the value for money is fair. Phone reception is poor. The air-conditioned room also has a ceiling fan. Piero, the handyman, was kind and very clear in how he explained things. He seemed to have worked all summer. The owner was friendly, and an older woman cleaned the rooms. The rooms themselves are small, with dated furniture, showers that don't work very well, and slightly rusty beds. Some rooms don't have balconies. Replacing the doors and wardrobes and reupholstering the lobby sofas would go a long way toward improving the place. Lunch was better than dinner. Both included water and a small jug of wine, with a small vegetable buffet that was mostly potatoes, zucchini, and eggplant. Breakfast was poor, had no coffee, and cost extra. Anyone on half board may not be very happy with the food.

Breakfast was the only meal available this year, with a good spread of sweet and savory food, fried items, and other drinks. The hotel was under new management, and I understand this was also during the COVID period, when many hotels hadn't opened at all. I spent a week here on vacation with my son. The owners were incredibly kind and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Our room was cleaned daily, with all the towels and sheets changed, and the shared areas seemed to get cleaned almost every time a guest touched something. I'd recommend the hotel. The location works well for getting to both Rimini and Riccione, with bus stops about 50 meters away. There's also a special arrangement with the beach. It's a good fit for people on a budget. Our room for four was cramped, with very little space to move. The bathroom was small too, with a central shower and curtain but no shower tray, like in older hotels. Cleaning was minimal: they made the bed quickly, did the floor, and changed the towels. Food was decent, with a buffet of sides that always included potatoes, plus two first courses and two second courses at lunch and dinner.

The food was proper home-style Romagna cooking, just what you'd hope for, and they even put on our birthday party. Staff were friendly and helpful, hi Salvatore! We stayed in July 2016. The hotel is very close to the sea, and beach service was included. Rooms are small but decent, with air conditioning. The main downsides were the general lack of upkeep and bathrooms that were tiny and uncomfortable. For the price, though, it's hard to find much better.
