Hotel Rainbow

The pool was nice, and it's close to the beach. There’s air conditioning, the food is okay, and the staff are friendly, though we couldn’t really communicate because they don’t know English. But the room is really small, and the fridge barely holds anything. The beds and pillows are REALLY uncomfortable. When the cleaners came, they mostly just made the bed. They never changed our sheets, pillowcases, or towels. I wouldn’t recommend the place, though it’s not completely horrible.

Of the several hotels we booked for the event, this is the one I’d choose for a private trip. I booked the whole hotel for our group, and the rooms were clean and well kept, which mattered a lot to us. Angelo handled the arrangements and was approachable and quick to sort out any problems. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The food wasn’t especially memorable, but it was decent for the kind of trip we were on. Thanks to the team for looking after us.

The view was nice, and the staff were pleasant. The hotel itself was good, though breakfast was poor.

The photos may look juicy, but in my opinion, hiring a good photographer was the best thing the property management did. They don’t match reality. The average room cost was about 170 EUR a night. I just wanted adequate quality from the service, property, and things in the room. Is that too much to ask? I wanted to write more, but I don’t want to relive the bad feelings.
