Hotel Villa Lieta Dependance

Bagno 103 was great for the beach, with umbrellas and loungers included. The team there were friendly, sociable, and attentive to swimmers. They also put out inflatables and shared beach toys like buckets, spades, and molds, which we thought was a lovely idea. We were two adults with children aged 8 and 4, and stayed full board at Villa Lieta Hotel from August 1st to 11th. We worried the kids might bother people, especially at meals, but the owners and staff were so helpful and made us feel comfortable. They were kind and open to discussion, while staying professional and discreet. Meals had lots of buffet vegetables, two first and two second courses to choose from, fresh varied fruit, and a different dessert every evening. Breakfast had plenty of choices for different tastes and needs. Our room was clean and comfortable. All in all, we had a positive experience and a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much! We expected a 3-star hotel with all the comforts after booking through Lastminute, but were put in a connected property rated 2 stars instead. That made the stay disappointing and unlike what we'd booked, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting the promised services. There was no elevator, and our rooms were on the second floor. Neither room had a shower stall, even though the photos and descriptions showed one. The linens weren't changed. Only at the end did we learn we were supposed to leave them in the bidet or on the floor, a rule nobody had mentioned at check-in or in the room. The food was average, but dinner was poorly organized, with a line for appetizers stretching all the way to the entrance. At checkout, nobody was at reception. We waited, then had to leave our keys and hurry off so we wouldn't miss our train.

Not worth a single star. The place is incredibly squalid, and the food was like something from a hospital. There are so many bad things I could say, honestly, everything. Save your money if you can. It isn't worth a cent. Goodbye, never again.

For the second year running, we booked this hotel through EurospinViaggi, and we'll definitely be back next year 🥰🥰. It's family-run, and everyone was always friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, and the sea is just steps away. The rooms are a little small, but more than fine for the time we spent in them. Nothing to complain about.
