Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereals, local cheeses and cold cuts, plus boiled eggs and made-to-order omelettes. Coffee and tea were unlimited, and the lovely terrace made breakfast even nicer. The staff were kind and helpful. On checkout day we could leave our luggage in a designated room, though that area wasn’t supervised, so it’s better to keep valuables with you. The hotel doesn’t have its own dinner restaurant, and the old town is a bit far, about 20 minutes away by bus or train, around 7 stops. The pool is quite small and faces the street, so there’s little privacy and it isn’t the most relaxing spot. Still, we had a lovely stay, with a huge sandy beach right outside and direct access. Hotel guests get a discount on sunbed rentals, and there’s a beach restaurant just steps away with a wide choice of fresh seafood for lunch. Our room felt a little cramped because of the extra single bed, but it had a fridge and safe. The bathroom was modern with excellent water pressure. The hairdryer was the one real letdown, very weak and almost unusable. The room was spotless, housekeeping came daily, and there was bottled water in the fridge on arrival that was replenished during our stay. A great pick for beach access, helpful service, and a generous breakfast, though less suited to frequent city exploring or spending time at the pool.

The rooms were badly worn and felt more like a 2- or 3-star place than a 4-star hotel. Staff were rude, especially the cleaners and the people working at breakfast. The air conditioning was kept restricted to save electricity, and they only unlocked it after we complained several times. Breakfast was mostly sugary food, with hardly anything nutritious.

We stayed four nights and had a good experience. The hotel has been renovated, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the building, including in our room. Staff were friendly and spoke English. There were lots of choices at breakfast, which we could enjoy in the dining room with a sea view.

Breakfast was really great, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The room looked beautiful at first, but the faults became clear as time went on. The hairdryer didn’t work, and the hose arrangement made no sense, with the shower coming from the bottom instead of the top. The air conditioning was the biggest problem. It’s semi-automatic: when you leave and take your key card, it resets to 25 degrees. Coming back to the room, it was hot and stuffy. Even at the lowest setting, with the antenna at 20, it still felt very hot.

The employees were so friendly that it felt like I’d known them all my life. Our rooms were large and had sea views, and the beach was just steps away. Breakfast was fresh and really tasty. Thanks to everyone for giving us such a wonderful holiday. You’re doing a perfect job.
