Mercure Rimini Lungomare

The hotel’s location is a strong point, with the beach, shops, restaurants and exhibition venues nearby. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with attractive balconies or terraces and partial sea views. Breakfast has a good range, and guests often mention it as a highlight. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful. It works well for both business and leisure, combining practical amenities with a coastal setting. I stayed at Mercure Rimini Lungomare during the TTG Rimini event and had a pleasant visit. My room was spacious, with a large terrace and a nice partial sea view. It’s right in the middle of the commercial street, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety, and the staff were polite and helpful. It’s a comfortable, convenient four-star hotel. There are some limitations to keep in mind. The pool is small and could feel crowded in busy season. The underground garage is handy but limited, especially for larger vehicles. Lower-floor rooms may not have a full sea view even if advertised as “sea view,” and a few guests have said the air conditioning might struggle during warmer months.

We were welcomed with a drink and a choice of wine, bruschetta, small sandwiches and cookies, a lovely touch. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. I stayed one night and booked two rooms, one for my children. The location is excellent: there’s direct beach access behind the hotel, about a one-kilometer walk to the old city, and lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was an adequate size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the shower had good pressure, and the bed came with plenty of pillows. There’s a water dispenser in the lobby, so we didn’t need to bring our own drinking water. If you’re driving, you need to show your passport at check-in before you can enter the parking area. The parking entrance is directly behind the building, but getting to it means taking a longer route around the neighboring alley. It’s a good hotel in a great location.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Our room was lovely, with a balcony and sea view. The beach is just 20m away. We stayed two nights, about a 20-minute walk from the station, or you can take the number 11 bus, which stops 100m away. The old town is a 25-minute walk.

Martina at reception was amazing, and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of fresh fruit, and the location was great too. We were given a room on the first floor on Tuesday, with a small balcony, although it had been described as having a large terrace.
