Hotel Palazzo Caveja

You can cross the street and be at the beach, which is easily the best thing about the location. The restaurant service was otherwise good, but communication was difficult because the staff there spoke little English. Only reception spoke it well. There were plenty of problems. The street ran directly below our balcony, so it was very noisy. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever used, and left my whole body aching. Breakfast was the same every day, and even the fruit wasn’t ripe enough to eat. Lunch wasn’t offered unless you ordered the day before from a set menu, with no other choices. On two evenings, they wouldn’t let us have dinner because other guests were out on excursions. We were told to wait until they came back. It was awful and very rude. The beach itself wasn’t great either. Walking through the water, you sink into mud instead of sand. I can’t recommend this place.

Our group had a wonderful week in July at Hotel Pallazo Caveja 3* Torre Pedrera. The location right by the sea was perfect, and the staff were always polite, helpful, and smiling. Breakfast and dinner were included, with lots of tasty food: salads, fruit, pizza, meat, and desserts. The rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were comfortable. As the team leader for students from Ukraine, I’m very pleased with the holiday and the service. Thank you, we’d like to return next summer!

Breakfast was generous and really delicious. I also appreciated the colored pencils and paper for kids who got bored at the table. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, with careful daily cleaning. The owner always greeted us, whatever the time, and the receptionists were kind. Everyone on the staff deserves praise, they were lovely and always smiling. Thank you, Italy and Hotel Palazzo. This will stay with me forever!

Those flickering hallway lights made it feel like I’d wandered into the backrooms. Breakfast also could’ve had more choices. Still, it’s a lovely place to stay: the rooms were tidy, the hotel was beautiful, and the helpful cleaners made everything look dazzling. It had what we needed and sits right outside a huge beach. Our balcony had at least a bit of a view toward the beach, and there was a musician playing outside the entrance.
