Speaking English is a good thing here. The coffee was bad for an Italian hotel, the room air conditioner needs repair, and room service never topped up the shampoo.

Those four days of sports tournaments were such a pleasure, and Giulio (Picador Jr.) helped make them that way. He was a fantastic waiter, so kind, and I really hope someone gives him a raise. The food was delicious and high quality, with generous portions and exceptional service. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are well trained, extremely kind, and helpful. Thanks as well to the owners and Andrea Picador. I’d recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, enjoyable holiday in Rimini. Best regards 👍
