Residence Divina

The location was the one real plus: the beach is just around the corner, and trains and buses connect well to Rimini. The apartment itself was a disaster, especially with a toddler. It was dirty throughout, from the floor and stained towels to soiled dishes, old food mess in the kitchen, and a bathroom that had barely been cleaned, if at all in places. Nearly everything seemed broken or unreliable: the hairdryer didn't work, sockets were loose, and the stove wouldn't work properly. We were staying longer and there was no room cleaning, and we had to take out the rubbish ourselves. Since we'd chosen this place for its kitchen, it was a shame to have to eat out every meal or bring our own food. We felt completely uncomfortable. The apartment was an absolute catastrophe.

Mr. Francesco was friendly, kind, and helpful from our first day. The residence is excellent, and I'd highly recommend it. We had a lovely, well-kept large studio in a great location near the sea.

The fresh, clean smell in the lobby each morning was lovely, and everything about our August stay was so nice that we'd gladly return. Michele, the owner, was extraordinary and always willing to help with every request during our 15-day holiday. Greetings from Naples.

It was clean and comfortable, with good prices. The only drawback was the electric kitchen stove with heating elements, which took ages to get hot enough for cooking. Apart from that, it's a good apartment hotel.
