We knew it was an apartment, without hotel housekeeping, and for us it was a pleasant stay. The price was very good for the location and what was included, and we'll be back. It had cleaning supplies, a kitchen with everything needed for cooking, a regular-sized fridge, a full wardrobe, and a TV with lots of international channels. There's a decent pool, lift, and air conditioning that works well. The AC switches off if a window or an outside or bathroom door isn't shut properly, which is a good way to save energy. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, with hostel-quality springs. There are two tiny balconies, one by the kitchen and one by the bedroom. A table is provided, but they're too small for two people to sit outside and eat comfortably. The beach is about a five-minute walk away. It could suit animal lovers, but most guests bring pets, so anyone allergic to dogs or animal hair should expect to find little hairs around.

We had a good, spacious room, though it was a bit dated and could have used some extra cleaning to be better value for money. The hospitality was excellent, no complaints there. The hotel is close to the beach, market, and bus stop, and offers free bikes that came in handy. WiFi was good, though we were there out of season. Overall, I'd recommend staying here.

This was our second visit. The hosts are pleasant and very cooperative, and the apartments are large and clean. There's parking in front of the hotel, and the location is good. We were there for SIGEP in January.

The owners were lovely and so family-oriented, and couldn't have been nicer to us. Thanks for making our stay such a good one. We were a family of five visiting Rimini for 10 days, and the pool was a bonus: spotlessly clean, with enough chairs and loungers for everyone. The apartments were in a perfect area, seconds from restaurants, the beach, and shops, though there are lots of tat shops. We also used the hotel's free bikes to get to supermarkets, which was helpful in the heat. Inside, the bedrooms were huge, with loads of wardrobe and storage space, and everything was spotless with fresh beds and towels. The kitchen had a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, and plenty of utensils. The shower was great too. I'd definitely stay again.

The owners are kind and always available if you need anything. The hotel is clean, has a nice pool, and the prices are reasonable. Its location is excellent, very close to the beach, shops, cafes, and restaurants.
