Claudia was especially kind and helpful, and the rest of the staff were friendly too. The hotel is very clean and in a handy spot, about 30 meters from the beach. They clean the pool every morning, which is great, and the rooms are fine. The thing I didn't like was the air conditioner sitting on the balcony. It takes up space, makes noise, and blows hot air there. Claudia made us want to come back, though. Great job!

The location is great, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. It's very family friendly too, with quiet hours for people taking an afternoon nap. The place was good enough for sleeping and making meals, and I'd recommend it. Still, there are some easy things to improve, like adding a toilet brush, replacing the broken hairdryer, and fixing the old rental bikes. I'd definitely come back.

If crowded beaches in Rimini are your thing, the location works. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, though. The staff were friendly, but they didn't keep their promise when we reserved a parking spot for our last day. Everything was full when we needed it, and they offered neither an apology nor any help. Very unprofessional.

We had everything we needed while on holiday with our one-year-old, including a microwave and a lovely pool for cloudy days. The apartments are comfortable and clean, and the staff were wonderfully helpful and kind. It's close to the beach. Definitely recommended.

We liked it so much that we added three days to our stay. The pool and location were great, and the place was quiet, well equipped, and ideal for families. We'll come back!
