Residence Mimosa

The location was good, close to the sea, and the staff were really nice. The apartment itself was old and run down, with mold on the wall. The bathroom heater was broken, so the floor stayed wet and dirty, and the air conditioner smelled really bad. The reception was usually empty, with nobody around to keep an eye on the residence. We paid 420€ for 4 nights for 2 people, including parking, which felt very expensive for the quality. It was also odd that using the kitchen cost extra if you stayed fewer than 2 nights.

Handy location, only 5 min from the beach, and the room had good equipment. The aircon worked properly, but the place could use refurbishing. The bathroom door was stuck.

The staff were nice and helpful. Dog-friendly, too.

We stayed here for 8 days with our dog, Maya, and had a lovely time. The beach is a five-minute walk, and the Metromare stop and train station are only two minutes away, so we never needed the car to get towards the city centre. There's a bar across the street run by lovely ladies, handy for breakfast. Our room was compact but clean and had everything we needed, including a little kitchenette, bed, table, and good Wi-Fi. The terrace was comfortable, and even had a drying rack. We were on the street side, but the noise didn't bother us. We arrived after reception had closed, called, and lovely Mr. Claudio came to welcome us within 10 minutes, check us in, and show us the room. When the door lock broke one day, the lady at reception arranged a repair straight away. We'll definitely come back to Rimini and stay here again.
