The breakfast was very basic, though the hotel is right in Rimini’s main tourist area. The room was small, which I expected, but the shower setup didn’t match the online pictures at all. There was no separate shower area, so using it meant getting the open bathroom space wet, and the bathroom was dirty. One side of the bed was broken, leaving my friend to sleep uncomfortably. We reminded reception twice and nothing was done. I booked through booking, but after taking payment the hotel cancelled the reservation there, so I couldn’t leave a rating or get cashback. I was also refused an invoice when I asked; the only payment proof I got was the credit card machine receipt. What you see in the pictures may not be what you get.

We’ll definitely be back to Hotel Sissi. The hosts were wonderful, cheerful, and always ready to help guests, and the service was excellent. We already miss our loved ones. Thanks so much for everything, and warm greetings and a hug from Vienna. Sany and Igor
