Warning about Villa Leonardo da Vinci (student rentals) in Rimini: don't hand over a deposit, because they won't return it. They've claimed for years that they're opening, but never do. They take a €100 deposit, then disappear and make excuses. When you ask for the money back, they block your access to the property on top of all the trouble they've already caused.
