We spent four nights at Waldorf suite hotel, and it was a terrible experience. The room was dusty, including the TV, and the pillows felt like stones. At breakfast, the cheese, ham, salmon, and butter were left at room temperature without ice. In another Western European country, health and safety would shut the place down. Definitely not a 4 star by European standards. The manager told my partner they aren't family friendly, even though they knew we had two young kids when they accepted our booking. The car park was so tight that cars blocked each other, and with cars double parked, we couldn't get through with the pushchair.

With our two young children, getting in and out of the hotel has been a nightmare because there are so many stairs. The lifts are tiny, and the rooms are noisy. There's no kettle or coffee machine in the room either. Those aren't things I'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Definitely not family friendly.

The location was great, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful time here.

The view is very nice, and the room was okay, but you can find plenty of Rimini hotels with nice views. The pool was very dirty, and I didn't feel safe because housekeeping left the room door open and went away. The hotel has an electric car charger, but don't use it. My car has a full charging capacity of 95.0 kWh, yet I was charged for 119 kWh for one charge. I wonder how they can call this 4 Star. I would never recommend this hotel.

The free parking was a welcome bonus, and the woman at reception was helpful. The breakfast was good too, and the breakfast staff were pleasant. Still, the hotel's shabby state and lack of modern amenities made the stay uncomfortable. The rooms looked old and poorly cared for, which didn't justify the very high prices. It needs significant renovation before I'd recommend Hotel Waldorf at those rates. Without the receptionist's help, the stay would have been extremely disappointing.
