We had a terrible time from the moment we arrived. The check-in instructions were incomplete and wrong, so getting inside was already a mess. Once there, the place was nothing like the photos and felt creepy. The decor was a nightmare; the couches and pillows were old, dirty, and covered in lint, and the beds hadn't even been made. They rent out an annex behind the patio as part of the apartment. It felt like a cemetery, with damp walls, no paint, disturbing pictures, and a disgusting bed with a filthy mosquito net. The bathrooms were dirty, the showers barely had any pressure, and the hot water ran out quickly, so most of us had to shower cold. The apartment is on the fourth floor up narrow stairs with no elevator. I asked for a refund so I could leave and book somewhere else, but they refused. Future travelers should know what it's really like. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I'm attaching a photo showing the reality.

Unacceptable. We booked five months ahead, then got a cancellation notice with no explanation just ten days before we were due to arrive. It caused extra stress, as we had to rebook train tickets and find somewhere else to stay on short notice. Don't touch this property!

There was a damp smell throughout the place, and everything looked filthy. The second bedroom is outside and full of damp, and you have to climb four flights of stairs to get there. The main bedroom is a loft where sitting on the bed means hitting your head on the ceiling. The decor is the ugliest thing I've ever seen. Don't even consider renting it.

We were five people staying in this apartment, and it turned into a disaster. One of the rooms had to be reached from outdoors, had no windows, and its walls were covered in black mold. The service was just as awful, so at 11:30 pm we had to find somewhere else to stay. Avoid this moldy place.
