The AC worked great and the room was clean, though nothing special. There was no Wi-Fi at all. The advertised terrace and sea view aren't attached to the room; the terrace is on the building's top floor. The 'kitchen' is tiny and basically up in the attic, so you won't want to cook there.

The room was clean, and the AC was the best thing about the place, but there was no Wi-Fi or safe. The stairway is tiny and makes hauling luggage difficult. The parking lot at the town entrance cost 23 euros for 48 hours. The sea-view terrace is misleadingly described. It's at the top of the building, shared, and has no lock, rather than being right outside your room. Most trails from Riomaggiore were closed, so you can't walk out of town on them. I'd suggest taking the ferry or train.

We got a lovely room, with a terrace, a good-sized kitchen, and a nice bathroom.

The apartment was spacious and clean, but getting up the four flights of difficult stairs was a bit tricky. The shower cubicle was small, and the shower head was broken.
