I couldn't stay the night, so I can't say anything about the property itself. My reservation wasn't accepted after I asked for an invoice, which seemed like a reasonable request since I didn't know much about B&B requirements or options. I meant nothing personal or offensive by it, but the host apparently took it badly and called me an unreliable customer. I felt offended and discriminated against over a simple request, and the way I was treated was incredibly rude. Since there's no zero-star option, I'm giving one. Highly discouraged!

We had the yellow room up in the tower. It was beautiful and charming, with all the comforts. The owner was generous with information and gave us lots of attention.

We had a wonderful time on the ground floor. I'm elderly, as is my wife, and our room had a kitchenette and tasteful furnishings.

The lady was kind and helpful, and Palazzo Zurla itself was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and large, with all the comforts. Sublime!
