Colle Serrano Relais & SPA

We felt so looked after that we’re already sure we’ll come back 😊 The quiet, spectacular view, and modern suite with its special shower space made the stay lovely. We also had a very well-done massage focused on reflexology. Breakfast was elaborate, with homemade and local products and natural fruit juices, and the service, cleanliness, and friendly staff were all impeccable. One of our best holidays in Colle Serrano!!!

The restaurant food was amazing, and they make their own olive 🫒 oil. It’s a beautiful hotel surrounded by nature.

I’ve never eaten food this good. The setting is stunning, wrapped in nature and just right for relaxing, and the staff were impeccable and especially kind. I’d recommend trying the Suite. It costs a little more, but it’s worth it.

Dinner was the highlight for us: every course felt like a discovery, with quality ingredients, many local, thoughtful presentation, and creative pairings. There’s a clear idea behind the cooking, balancing tradition with new ideas and making the meal an experience. The young staff were professional, smiling, and happy to help with any need. Their genuine welcome and the passion they put into the work really stood out. We also appreciated that Colle Serrano is pet-friendly and treats four-legged guests with care. The place itself is a peaceful, well-kept spot in nature, with a breathtaking view and an elegant, magical feel that never gets cold. The attention to detail made a real difference, and it’s the kind of place that stays in your heart.
