Once you arrive, you won't feel like leaving. The house feels like a palace set in Paradise, with loads of room and little cozy corners throughout. Everything looks recently renovated, the facilities are good, and every room has its own bathroom. On a hot day, the pool is a lovely place to unwind and take in the breathtaking view. Ripatransone is a beautiful village with all the services you need, and the walk there is short, though a bit steep. The beach, vineyards, and olive groves are all about a 20-minute drive away.

We spent New Year's Eve here with friends, and the fireplace living room became the center of the party. The house has lots of comfortable space, private bathrooms in every room, and panoramic terraces in some of them. There was even a barbecue for eating outside on New Year's Eve, and the garden and heated outdoor pool were a real treat. The property is incredible, and the historic village of Ripatransone is just a short walk away. The owner was friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. We'd love to come back.

The owner was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. It's a wonderfully quiet spot surrounded by greenery, with spectacular views across the sea, hills, and mountains of the Marche region. A great place to relax, get away from stress, eat outdoors, and enjoy the outdoor hot tub.

I really fell for the view during my stay. The room was cozy, clean, and lovely, and the owners were very kind and helpful. They told me about the evenings in Ripatransone and suggested two restaurants for dinner. There are plenty of things for children to do, so I can see it working well for families as well as couples.

The room was comfortable, with a lovely terrace, and the view was wonderful. We had a warm welcome and enjoyed how peaceful it was. It's handy for town and makes a good base for nearby villages and seaside towns. There are lots of games and play spaces for children, and it worked well for our four-legged friends too. Thanks, Gian and Alessia, we'll definitely be back!
