Villa Pedossa

Alessandra gave us useful tips for exploring the area, which made the stay even better. We visited at the end of summer, when the weather was still warm enough to enjoy the large pool, hot Jacuzzi, and sunny, well-equipped garden. The apartment managed to feel both spacious and cozy, and we had a great stay at Villa Pedossa.

Alessandra made the whole stay feel personal, from our first enquiry through checkout. She was thoughtful, attentive, and helpful, and could arrange extras like local produce, tours, and activities. We enjoyed homemade tarts, local honey and wines, and rented e-bikes. Stefano also reset the pool area each evening, putting the umbrellas away, then got it ready again every morning. It made the place feel like our own private hotel. We rented Villa Pedossa with two other families this summer and had it to ourselves. It was perfect: each apartment had its own bathroom, kitchen, dining table, and lounge space, so we could spend time together in the communal areas or have family time in our own space. The villa and grounds looked just as stunning as the photos. The large pool was a hit with the kids, and the excellent BBQ got plenty of use. The place is secluded, peaceful, and private, with no other properties very close by. The rooms were well equipped, and the location was handy too, about 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket and 15 from the beach. Ripe and Corrinaldo are beautiful hilltop villages nearby, while Urbino and San Marino make easy day trips. I sincerely hope I can visit again.

With two small children, we needed peaceful time as well as fun day trips, and the nearby beaches gave us plenty to do. The friendly staff and villa made a welcome break from our routine. Everything was very clean, tasteful, comfortable, and well equipped. We had a great time and would highly recommend it to families with children or without. We're already looking forward to coming back to Villa Pedossa in summer 2022. 🧡

The night Alessandra organized an al fresco meal with the other guests made our stay extra special. The surroundings are stunning, and there’s lots to see around this beautiful region. It was very hot, 34 C, so the pool was a highlight. Our fairly new penthouse had everything we needed, and it was handy to buy local produce at the villa. We tried the wines and Alessandra's mum's jams, both worth a taste. Alessandra and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. She checked in before we arrived to help make things relaxing, then helped arrange pizza delivery, gave us homemade produce, and sourced breakfast after our long journey. We had a very special stay at Villa Pedossa, and can't wait to go back.
