The hostess greeted us warmly, showed us around, explained how everything worked, and gave us all the keys. We kept our three bikes in the basement, which is under surveillance, so you can keep an eye on them leaving, just kidding. We came for a week in early May 2026 to bike around Riva de Garda, and the house had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dishwasher. We bought the capsules ourselves, though maybe some will be left for the next guests :)) There’s indoor parking with room for a minibus, plus an electric car charger. It’s a good budget choice for an active holiday. The downsides were thin walls between rooms and traffic near the house. I still don’t know where all those people were going, maybe to work at the plantation next to the property. Our apartment was on the corner. Anyway, don’t be afraid to book it, it was all good!
