Room 132 was extremely small, which didn't feel normal to me. I've stayed in hotels in France, Belgium, Nederlands and Austria, and never seen a room this small.

A quiet entrance takes you straight into the city center, and guests get free use of a washer and dryer. Everyone receives a Terntono Card, which includes free access to several local attractions, among them the funicular next to the hotel and the city’s tower/museum. I'd recommend reserving the hotel's parking ahead of time, since it's convenient and cheaper than public garages in the city. Our room was spacious, very clean and well equipped, with a lovely city view. It had a jacuzzi, shower and even a small sauna. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and gave us extra towels for the thermal park. A great hotel to stay in!

The pool and hot tubs were nice, and breakfast was perfect. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. We had everything we needed in the quadruple room for our one-night stay with family. The location is brilliant, with a door leading straight into the old town. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you!

We couldn't use the pool because we were there during the autumn holidays. The location just outside the city walls is handy: you're in the middle of things, but can still get there easily by car. We were thrilled with the rich breakfast. The quadruple room is quite small and may not suit a longer stay beyond sleeping overnight, since the hotel doesn't offer extra facilities. Parking was the weakest point. I had a reserved spot, but it was still complicated.
