We were four people staying over New Year’s Eve, and the apartment worked perfectly for us. It has two actual bedrooms, rather than relying on an extra sofa bed, and everything was clean. Right in the heart of Riva, it’s a beautiful place. The landlord was very friendly, met us, and showed us to the apartment. You can arrange a parking space through him too. We’d definitely book it again.

Andrea and Marco were attentive, organized, and helpful throughout. Their lovely apartment is clean and thoughtfully furnished, with a simple style and nice details. It’s in an excellent location, and there’s a covered parking space nearby for an extra fee. I’d absolutely recommend it for a holiday or a short work trip, which is what I was there for.

Everything was clean and tidy, and we’ve now stayed at Appartements RivAntica twice. We were happy both times. The apartment is nicely furnished, with two bedrooms, air conditioning, and a sofa bed that can be opened in the living room. There’s a TV there, along with the kitchen and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet, and washing machine. Restaurants, shops, and the harbor are just a few steps away, and a nearby space in an underground garage can be rented. Via ferratas, hikes, and excursions are all easy to reach too.
