The breakfast was simple but genuinely good, and the friendly, helpful staff made us feel at home. It's a bit outside central Riva, but quiet and relaxed, just right for unwinding. You can walk or take a short bus ride, though the bus seems to run on its own schedule 😄 One small catch: the doors aren't soundproof, so noisy neighbours on your floor are easy to hear. Pack earplugs and you're sorted. Definitely recommend it if you want peace and a good start to the day!

The views were breathtaking, though the rooms themselves are simple and basic. It's a small hotel run by a small team, and I know from working in a small business how hard that can be. The owner was kind enough to let us check out late. We were on holiday from England and had a lovely overnight stay at Hotel Diana. The team gave us great recommendations for somewhere to eat, and encouraged me when I wanted to practise my Italian with them. Thank you for your hospitality!

We only stayed one night at Hotel Diana, but were very happy with the service. The staff welcomed us warmly and greeted us so nicely. They also gave us free bus tickets and put together a breakfast package for our early departure. Five stars from us! :)

We had everything we needed, and the location was beautiful, surrounded by mountains. You could hear birds in the morning. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also rent city bikes for just 10 euro. Grazie mille!

The room was tiny, with a single bed, and everything looked like it was from the 60's. There was no AC, just a huge fan in the room. Breakfast was OK, but the cold cuts were gone by 8.30. Before we left, they also charged me 1.50€ for some kind of made-up tax.
