The apartment was spacious and well located, near both the beach and the city center. The bedroom bed was comfortable. But finding the entrance wasn’t easy, since there are no clear signs. From the balcony you look onto a construction site and nearby car wrecks, and the living room sofa had a dirty sheet that clearly hadn’t been changed. Getting in touch with the owner after receiving the keys was a disaster. The Wi-Fi, which is included in the offer, didn’t work. I reported it on the second day, but by day five there was still no response or internet. They didn’t read messages, reply or answer the phone. There were smaller problems too: a loose toilet seat, very little kitchen equipment, with cutlery for just two, and a dusty fan that didn’t work, though it was being used as air conditioning.
