The garden and restaurant were lovely, and the food was delicious. Breakfast had plenty of sweet and savory choices. We also had great service from the restaurant team, housekeeping and reception. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, renovated and had everything we needed, with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel sits in a beautiful mountain setting, and parking was free. It feels like heaven there, and the price is great for what you get. Totally recommend it, and we'll come back next time.

The staff were amazing, always helpful, friendly and smiling. Breakfast was delicious, with enough variety for different tastes, and renting bicycles was a nice highlight of our stay. The place was very clean and well looked after. Our spacious room was clean too, with daily housekeeping. There were plenty of things for children, including a pool and inflatable play areas. I'll definitely come back.

Ana from the restaurant team was especially helpful and greeted us with a lovely smile. The hotel staff were helpful too, and the facilities were superb. A great place for families to relax, swim and play among the mountains of Riva Del Grada.

The room itself, the breakfast and the children's playground all impressed us. I was a little disappointed, though, that our balcony had no chairs when some of the other balconies did. Reception staff said it was normal because of construction activities, but that didn't really make sense to me since all my neighbours had chairs. It wasn't a problem for one night, but it would have been if we'd stayed longer. I can't rate the hotel restaurant. We had pizza at a great restaurant very close by.
