Giulia at reception helped me plan a surprise for my husband with real care and discretion, and we’ll treasure the special moment she helped make possible. She was kind, thoughtful and professional throughout our stay. Her warmth and willingness to help, along with the hospitality of the whole Villa Miravalle team, made a lasting impression. We’re still here, but I wanted to share my thanks before we leave. Villa Miravalle is beautiful and full of charm, and the views are breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for, with attention to every detail. This stay has exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to returning and remembering it fondly.

The steak at their restaurant is incredible, and we’d gladly come back. The hotel is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the rooms stay cool with air conditioning. I have an allergy, and the staff made special food for me at breakfast. When I got sick during the stay, for reasons unrelated to the hotel, they even brought plain food to my room that wasn’t on the menu. I’m very grateful. Five stars from me for hotel mirravalle!

The terrace and pool were lovely, and it’s an easy stroll to the old town for food, drinks and shopping. The hotel is quaint and in a good spot, but our room was poor. The AC didn’t work during the heatwave, and despite promises over our five-day stay, they wouldn’t send an engineer to fix it. Most of the staff were very good. The exception was the grumpy man we met when we first arrived. He didn’t smile all week and came across as a bit weird, not well suited to a front-of-house role.

We travelled as two adults with three kids and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a lovely style and atmosphere, great food and service, and a superb location right in the center. We’ll be back.

The gardens and pool area are beautiful, and the setting is amazing. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to help. It was perfect, and we’ve said we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Riva.
