The food was average, and finding somewhere to park was a problem. There’s no parking at the hotel, and when we asked where to leave the car, staff didn’t seem to know the local parking rules. The room was tiny, with nowhere to plug anything in, and the little fridge didn’t work. The bathroom was just as cramped: the shower was about 1x1 m, and the gap between it and the toilet was under 50 cm. Using the toilet was a real challenge. It felt like it was made for hobbits from Lord of the Rings. The worst issue came at checkout. I wasn’t there, but my dad was told he needed to pay again even though we’d paid online months earlier. Nobody checked the bank account or booking app before he paid. When I got back, I couldn’t believe it. Two days later we still hadn’t heard anything about a refund. We called, and the managers didn’t even know what had happened. Communication was basically zero. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special, and dinner was much the same. It was a terrible stay, and we won’t come back or recommend it.
