We had to cancel our Riva trip when unforeseen circumstances made our climbing tour impossible. The hotel could have kept the payment, as places often do, but they made an exception and refunded us. That was incredibly kind and heartwarming. The staff were so helpful. We’ll come back for the tour when the stars align! ☀️

The restaurant staff were excellent, breakfast was very good, and the young woman at the bar was kind and gave good service. The night itself was awful, though. Our economy room was very hot because the air conditioning only heated, and the minibar fridge didn’t work. We had to leave the window wide open all night to cool the room, which meant loud people in the street and passing cars and bikes. We got only three hours of sleep. Reception couldn’t help with the minibar, and changing rooms wasn’t possible.

Our basic room was really clean, and the young woman at reception was so friendly that she upgraded us to one with a balcony. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with loads of options, and parking in front of the hotel was free. The center is a bit far away, but for this price it was worth it.

A fair price, a lovely atmosphere and a magnificent mountain view. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was fresh, tasty, clean and had a good range. We had a wonderful stay and would come back. Highly recommend.

This is a nice, simple hotel about a 20-minute walk from the center of Riva del Garda. It has a bar, pool, wellness center and small restaurant, and breakfast had a great range of choices. My room was on the small side and noisy because of where it was in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and made the stay pleasant.
