Mr. Giorgio was fantastic about accommodating my late check-in, and the breakfast bar staff were great as well. I stayed one night and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette and a coffee machine with pods.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the rooms were clean and spacious. It could be five-star, but a few things let it down: the furnishings are a bit shabby, the kitchen equipment is outdated, and there are no coat hangers or soap dishes in the shower. The rooms are noisy because they're right above the road.

The spa was genuinely relaxing, with two pools, a Kneipp path, Turkish bath, sauna, and a small, well-kept garden. The service was perfect. We stayed in a room inside the Rivanazzano Spa, with every comfort including a kitchenette. It was an unexpectedly hot weekend when we visited, so I'm rating the room a 4 because we would have preferred working air conditioning.

The pool is lovely to look at and very well maintained, with everything you might want: sauna, Turkish bath, Kneipp path, and whirlpool. The spa itself is small but organized so well that it never feels crowded. The residence is well laid out, and the apartments are very clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the comforts. It's easy to go downstairs in your bathrobe for treatments, and you can leave your car in the park and pick it up at the end of your stay. The shopping center is very close, which is handy. I've been several times and will definitely return. If I had to point out one flaw, the TV is too small.
